In this capstone course, participants will assess and evaluate the policies, workflows, and student outreach practices developed in Courses 1 & 2. In addition to engaging in self-reflection, participants will develop assessment tools to solicit feedback regarding student outreach, procedures, and interventions from both faculty and students. Based upon assessment data, participants will make revisions, as necessary, to their own practices and materials.
