The purpose of this course is to familiarize the participant with the offices and resources available to students on their own campuses and within the larger SUNY system. Participants will develop relationships with other support service providers and strengthen their understanding of how these various support coordinate and collaborate. In addition, participants will learn how to evaluate and assess students’ online readiness in order to help online students develop their own online learning skills.
