In Course 2, participants will explore online student communication tools and examine best practices for communication throughout the entire student life cycle. Participants will practice assessing student needs and determining supports and services to recommend in response to those needs. Participants will work with the early alert tool utilized by their campus and develop skills and supporting materials to provide effective and appropriate outreach to students.
