This course is designed for librarians who wish to understand the process of using assessment to guide strategic planning. Topics will provide participants with the fundamental aspects of assessment, how to create and implement plans, and using assessment outcomes to make data informed decisions. Participants will engage with one another and the instructor via discussion prompts, readings, reflections, and exercises in application.
