Description
This course introduces participants to the basics of strategic planning, various models of strategic plans, and the phases of planning through implementation, assessment, and renewal. Additional linked topics essential to effective planning include formal and lateral leadership roles, change management theory, strengths and opportunities (SOAR Analysis), risk assessment, and communication strategies.
