- Grackle Office is an extension for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint that provides an accessibility checker directly within your documents, helping users identify and address accessibility issues. Grackle Office is simple to install, simple to use, and has a free trial available.
- Grackle Workspace is a Google Workspace add-on that provides an accessibility checker and generates accessible PDFs directly from Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. A free trial is available through the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Grackle PDF is designed for anyone who needs to quickly tag a PDF, including non-technical users. A free trial is available to help users see how PDF tagging can be fast and easy to do.

Interested Vendors
This rolling series provides accessibility-focused vendors with an opportunity to present products, services, and solutions to faculty, staff, administrators, disability services professionals, instructional designers, IT professionals, and accessibility leaders from SUNY’s 64 campuses.
We are seeking presentations related to areas such as:
- Digital accessibility tools and services
- Document, web, and LMS accessibility solutions
- Captioning and transcription services
- Assistive technology
- Accessibility training and consulting
- AI and emerging technologies that support accessibility
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and inclusive design
Presentations are typically 60 minutes, during the lunch hour and includes time for questions and discussion. We encourage vendors to share demonstrations, implementation examples, and success stories relevant to higher education.
Participating vendors may also be interested in SUNY’s SUNY Pricing Offers Program, which helps campuses access products and services through preferred pricing and negotiated terms. While a SUNY Pricing Offer is not required to participate in the showcase series, we welcome conversations about exploring this opportunity in the future.
