SUNY CPD CODE OF CIVILITY
At the SUNY Center for Professional Development, we are dedicated to providing an environment which is conducive to learning and civility. This policy applies to programs offered in all formats (in person, online, and hybrid).
All parties at our events are required to follow the Code of Civility. Partnering with participants, we endeavor to ensure a safe and positive environment for all.

CPD Digital Accessibility Compliance Notice
Partners providing documents, videos, presentations, or other digital materials warrant that such materials comply with applicable accessibility requirements, including the SUNY Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Policy, New York State law, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All materials must conform to the applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as adopted by SUNY, prior to submission, acceptance, or publication.
If materials are determined to not fully conform to accessibility requirements, partners are responsible for timely remediation and for providing corrected, accessible versions. Materials may be returned, withheld from publication, or rejected until accessibility issues are resolved.

Certificate Programs Policy

Must use course cancellation form (linked in registration email)

Full refund for all-course registrations only if cancelled by end of first week (Sunday) of each course

Multi-course discounted registrations: cancellation forfeits discount; standard fees apply

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/CANCELLATIONS

Membership remains active until a written request to discontinue is received

Campuses must provide 12 months written notice to withdraw

Failure to provide proper notice results in an additional year of membership fee
