CPD + NYSERNet Technical Certification Series
Through a partnership between the SUNY Center for Professional Development (CPD) and NYSERNet, CPD Technical Points Members can use their points to register for live, instructor-led certification courses in IT, cybersecurity, and project management.
Each course includes expert instruction, exam preparation materials, and a full year of course access — designed to help participants earn the credentials and skills needed in today’s evolving technology landscape.

CPD Technical Points Member campuses — you can pay for NYSERNet courses using your CPD Technical Points.
NYSERNet Member campuses — receive additional discounted pricing on all certification courses.

How CPD Technical Points Work

Visit the NYSERNet Training Catalog to view upcoming courses.

Register for your chosen course and indicate that your campus will pay using CPD Technical Points.

SUNY CPD will apply your campus’s points balance toward the registration fee.

If your campus is also a NYSERNet Member, you’ll automatically receive member pricing.
Courses run continuously throughout the academic year, so if you can’t make a session, more opportunities will be available soon.
