Mentoring plays a vital role in professional growth, leadership development, employee engagement, and building strong campus communities. Whether you are an administrator overseeing a mentoring initiative, a mentor supporting colleagues, or a mentee seeking guidance and connection, these free webinars will provide valuable insights and practical ideas you can apply in your own context.
Through examples from successful SUNY mentoring programs, participants will learn how mentoring can foster community, support career development, create networks of support, and strengthen organizational culture. The series will also serve as the foundation for a SUNY-wide Mentoring Community of Practice, bringing together faculty and staff interested in advancing mentoring across the system.
