Our Facility

Our facilities can accommodate computer training, professional development workshops, meetings, conferences, video conferences, and other events to meet your needs. 

Please note that due to COVID-19, the CPD is not currently renting our facility. 

Our  facility can easily accommodate a wide range of  computer based trainings, workshops, and meetings., Conveniently located off the NYS Thruway,  with ample free parking, hotels within walking distance, and variety of restaurants nearby.

  • Meeting space with seating for up to 10

Also available for our use within the building:

  • 80-Seat Auditorium
  • 16-seat Conference/Meeting Room

Contact the CPD at least two weeks prior to your function to reserve your space.  The facility is available during normal business hours ( 8:30 am – 4:30 pm).   After hours requests will be considered.

Catering: All catering must be arranged through the CPD.  An administrative fee of $75.00 will be charged to all customers to cover administrative costs, supplies, coffee/tea service, water, and signage.  In lieu of the $75.00 fee groups with catering orders over $375.00 will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the total catering order.

Cancellation Policy: The SUNY Center for Professional Development requires 48 hours’ notice in writing or phone, excluding Saturday & Sunday.   Please call 315-214-2440 or send an email to cpdinfo@suny.edu.  Once we receive your notice, we will promptly cancel any orders; however, please be aware that cancellation policies differ between vendors and you may  be responsible for any fees that the CPD incurs as a result of your cancellation.
